Position Summary: Arcadis|DPS Group Advanced Technology Group is seeking a Construction Coordinator with a solid background in construction support to join our growing teams based in Hillsboro, Oregon. The Construction Coordinator will supervise and coordinate the activities for the tools under their ownership.

The CC's will report to the Project Manager and will take responsibility for implementation of the plans developed by the Project Manager. The Construction Coordinator ("CC") is focal point of all trade activities for the respective Functional Area. The Construction Coordinator ("CC") will work directly with our client to ensure successful delivery of all applicable tool install scope.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities shall include but not limited to: Review Design Packages at all stages of process - look for known past issues and ensure design is constructible Be compliant with the Clients agreed documentation control systems Work with Safety Officers and Contractors to ensure solutions are in place on high-risk tasks Coordinate individual trade contractor work, interrelated trade contractor work, and coordinate all Client support groups e.g., Fab Impacts/LSS/EHS/Test & Balance/Gas Pad Ops/CS Operations, QA/QC and also Vendor co-ordination for tool assembly. Primary field point of contact for trade contractors for any tool specific construction issues i.e., queries on design packages, and removing roadblocks etc. Coordinate Movein/moveout of tools Point of contact for global items in bay - i.e., signs/wip nests/fire extinguishers Collect and file all facilities test reports/certificates and complete CC section of Pre SL1 & PreSL2 Quality checks

Also participate in QA/QC meetings as needed as issues arise Be aware of actual material/labour used for any change of scope to ensure changes are priced correctly and partner with trades to develop cost saving opportunities for all works Track/Review issues to drive continuous improvement via lessons learned and help drive trades to zero punch list items Support RFI process and attend white board meetings as required to get status/ action items/help needed/look ahead etc. Attend weekly team meetings. Lead Area White Board meetings Develop documented project plans for each tool or system Use task lists to improve coordination between trades per need Create and utilize punch lists for milestones (pre-SL-1/ pre-SL-2/Area Ready/System Turnover); show progress to zero punch list.

Responsible to walk the tool prior to SL1/2 to ensure the quality of the installation and 100% design-to-field implementation Responsible for trades compliance to protocol guidelines: supervise DWP process, clean-as-you go in the working areas, compliance to storage procedures, Cu/None-Cu segregation, enforce AMC control and super-clean of the tool area at SL2 construction complete Work together with FI and OM on implementation of quality programs by trades, promote zero-rework mindset and be familiar and work according to QA/QC processes Track on time trade mobilisation on new projects Control and work in alignment with trade foreman on dedication of each crew in FA, plan start and completion task and know the progress of task at all times Develop daily detailed work plans for each tool/area/system together with trade foreman. Coordinate resolution of field issues involve experts per need. Coordination between tool install and PSSS/BB work.

Manage Construction integration within FA (prioritization of trade work) with other FAs and projects on site. Drive ESO preparation and readiness: lines submissions, test completions, popouts sealing and etc. Adherence to Change Orders Process: Understand the change control process and initiate CO process when scope addition is identified Collect the data and clarify the scope together with Intel PM Validate scope execution and support invoicing process as required Coordination of Demo activities that are part of the conversion.

Responsible for Bullet-proofing process in the FA: lead risk assessment process, identify means and methods of Bullet-proofing together with contractors and approve quantities for PM Spend adequate time in field, minimum 80% from the time per day including CR. Escort FA contractors from day opening in staging area until day closure and clean-up in working areas. Make all possible measures to maximize contractors' productivity by prompt issue resolution, providing correct and relevant information and timely escalation to trade management, PM, and CM management Coordinate and participate in kick off meeting and risk assessments Drive IFC environment, coach for Safe Behaviour, present LL etc..

Be familiar with the Safety Plan of each trade in the area and ensure trade workers adhere to it. Accountable for Housekeeping in the construction areas Participate in the safety audits and SOP Report on any safety event Per the Safety event RFC Generate daily progress reports Highlighting and removal of constraints to trade progress Updating and maintaining Constraints log Participation in 6-week lookahead process Own Go/No Go audits and reporting Education & Experience: L1 Education/ Experience: Graduate to 2 Years: Supervisor level, 4 years in semiconductor construction, OR 2-year technical degree, 2 years in Semiconductor Construction, OR 4-year technical degree, 1 year in Semiconductor Construction Essential Skills: Strong IT Skills in MS Project, Excel, Project, Word Knowledge of Design and Scheduling Packages Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience working in a technical setting, preferably an engineering department Analytical, problem-solving skills, and the capability to work well under deadlines Other: Travel: level of travel e.g., 0% travel, 0 - 20% travel, 20 - 50% travel Location: Malaysia site-based role with visa sponsorship provided for this position. Travel: Occasional travel to other client sites as per business needs
