Job Description:

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Transportation coordinator located in Woodburn OR. Our client is a Food industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

Role Summary / Overview

Schedules and dispatches workers, equipment or service vehicles to carry materials or passengers. Records information on each call and prepares detailed reports on all activities occurring during the shift. Communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are important.

Primary function of this role is to be answering phones and assisting drivers with any notes or needed information and or relaying information to management. This will be 100% office environment.

Basic excel, multi-tasking, Word, Microsoft outlook, Teams Familiarity, Strong communication

GED/High School Diploma

Additional Information

Duration: 06 Months with possibility of extension

Location:  Woodburn OR

Shift hours:  M-F 7a-3:30p
