Our processes improve upon parts manufactured by other industries, including aerospace, defense, firearms, automotive, construction, agriculture, energy and medical... just to name a few.

Are you familiar with the jaws of life, how about airplane landing gear, or perhaps the Mars Rover? Our employees heat treated parts that went to MARS!

As part of our team, you will learn about metals, effects of heat on metal, and why quality is so important. You will become an expert in an industry little known, but truly essential!


Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is looking for a full-time employee for Heat Treat Support and Janitorial duties at our Monroe, MI facility.

Hours and pay: Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

What does Heat Treat Support/Janitorial do exactly? Great question! Duties of this position will include provide support to equipment operators and heat treat technicians by carefully following process instructions and work orders. This position will include fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading, and packaging of customer parts, as well as routine shop duties. It will also include deep to light cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming of common areas like restrooms, break rooms and office areas. Taking care of garbage in operations and office area. This will also include running floor scrubber in the plant. Additional janitorial responsibilities will be assigned on an as needed basis. This work is done in a climate-controlled facility!
