Job description

Now Hiring: Heat Treat - 1 position on 2nd Shift / 1 position on 3rd shift
$20-22/hr - Raise after 60 days
Join the team at Eck Industries, a leading aluminum foundry in Manitowoc, WI. We're looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented for our Heat Treat department to help shape precision aluminum castings used in aerospace, defense, and cutting-edge industries.
What You'll Do
  • Get hands-on preparing castings for heat treatment by following step-by-step instructions
  • Learn to read and understand job specs and production requirements
  • Be part of the aging and straightening process to help create quality products
  • Set up and run heat treat equipment with training and team support
  • Take pride in helping ensure finished products meet quality standards

What We're Looking For
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!).
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment.
