• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients across various age groups and backgrounds.
• Utilize a comprehensive billing service that expertly manages claims, client accounts receivable, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing therapists to focus primarily on client care.
• Maintain smooth operations by promptly completing clinical documentation, including notes and other record-keeping activities, ensuring compliance and effective client management.
• Effectively schedule ongoing appointments and maintain a current calendar, facilitating continuity of care and client engagement.
• Demonstrate adaptability by working with a diverse array of clinical presentations, providing personalized approaches to treatment based on individual needs.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. • A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.

• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills necessary for maintaining a robust therapy schedule.

• Demonstrable experience with couples therapy or family systems therapy is highly regarded.
• A commitment to continuing education and the development of therapeutic skills to meet diverse client needs.
• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

• Competitive salary linearly based on experience, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, plus bonuses.
• Our therapists are compensated on an hourly basis, allowing for flexibility in income.
