Job description

Job Summary

Olive Oasis Healthcare LLC is hiring a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one in-home support to an individual with developmental disabilities.

Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one, person-centered support in the individual's home.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and household tasks as needed.
  • Support communication, social, and independent living skills.
  • Follow the individual's support plan and behavioral strategies.
  • Ensure the individual's health, safety, and well-being.
  • Complete daily documentation and progress notes.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors and family members.

Qualifications

  • Spanish-speaking preferred.
  • Experience with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Dependable, patient, and professional.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM
Part-Time | 25 Hours per Week
