While both require RN licensure and sports-related certifications, NFL nursing is more specialized for professional football environments, whereas sports medicine nursing offers a wider range of settings and patient types.

How to become a full time NFL nurse?

To become a full-time NFL nurse, you typically need to hold a valid registered nurse (RN) license, gain experience in sports medicine or emergency care, and demonstrate knowledge of athletic injuries and rehabilitation. Certification in sports medicine or emergency response, such as CPR and first aid, can enhance prospects, and networking within sports organizations may be beneficial.
