Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Sunday River!
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? At Sunday River, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences-and our Facilities Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in making that happen.
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of the go-to team for keeping our facilities in top shape. From fixing leaks to ensuring the grounds look pristine, your efforts will make a real impact on the guest and team experience. No two days are the same, and your work will be essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of Sunday River.
Responsibilities
  • Repair & Maintenance: Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, leak fixes, and troubleshooting for heating/cooling systems. Handle woodwork, carpet repairs, and general upkeep.
  • Grounds Care: Shovel snow, mow lawns, and keep landscaping looking its best.
  • Facility Checks: Conduct daily maintenance rounds and logs, ensuring smooth operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, and exterior areas.
  • Rapid Response: Address maintenance requests from guests and team members with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Safety First: Follow Sunday River's policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
