• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients, monitoring progress, discussing stability, planning future appointments, and facilitating discharge when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor customized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and goals of each client.
• Document thorough progress notes and maintain up-to-date records for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client eligibility and needs effectively.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions that promote professional development and encourage reflective practice.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients, enhancing overall therapeutic outcomes.

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health support to youth, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• Ability to fulfill credentialing requirements specific to our clinical setting.
• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations.
• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy.
• Proficient computer skills with a basis in electronic documentation and reporting systems.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques.
• Proven ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Experience in telehealth services or remote counseling practices is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide the following benefits:
