Job Description Join Our Team Lake Lynn Community Center is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Pickleball Instructor to lead engaging small-group clinics for players of varying skill levels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about pickleball, enjoys working with the community, and wants to help participants improve their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Be part of a welcoming recreation team dedicated to promoting active lifestyles and community engagement through sports and recreation programs.

Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do Plan and lead pickleball clinics for youth, adults, and/or beginners to intermediate players Create structured lesson plans focused on skill development, gameplay strategy, and sportsmanship Provide instruction on fundamentals such as serving, scoring, positioning, and technique Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment Assist with promoting and marketing pickleball programs and community participation Ensure participant safety and maintain organized class operations Typical Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience teaching or coaching pickleball preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to motivate and engage participants of different ages and skill levels Pickleball instructor certification or related coaching certification preferred Knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and gameplay strategies Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, enthusiastic, and passionate about growing the game of pickleball within the community. Candidates who are friendly, organized, and comfortable leading group instruction are encouraged to apply.
