The Systems Educator IV delivers training and development programs to all levels of end users of Franciscan, to enable them to effectively use the information technology tools and applications required to perform their jobs. This position partners with end users and application groups, to analyze training needs, design documentation and deliver multi-modal education to support Franciscan Alliance applying adult learning principles. The Systems Educator IV delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles. This role works collaboratively with subject matter experts, and other departmental and organizational partners, to design and maintain targeted education and curriculum for end users.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Perform learner, goal and task analysis in order to define appropriate training solutions and identify any non-training issues.
  • Audit and reviews workflows and/or accounts/records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Franciscan Alliance Educators to create data, analyze and develop the Master Training Environment.
  • Conduct analysis and use industry-standard practices, to create a concept for layout and presentation of information in a way that takes into consideration users' specific needs and mental paths.
  • Deliver administration in support of learning events, which may include registration services, train-the-trainer sessions, or use of vendor-provided products and services.
  • Solve problems by analyzing information and using logic to address issues and problems.
  • Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Relevant Field of Study
  • Preferred Master's Degree Relevant Field of Study
  • 7 years Relevant work experience Required
  • 7 years experience required if hired on or after 6/1/2024 Required
  • Instructor Application Credentialing - .
  • EPIC Certified or Accredited - EPIC or as organizational needs dictate Required
