    Job Description

    The People & Culture Technology Specialist provides Level 1 support for People & Culture technology platforms by responding to routine HRIS inquiries, supporting standard and ad‑hoc reporting requests, and executing data maintenance activities such as mass uploads. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with HR data, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business partners.

    This position plays a key role in maintaining system stability, data integrity, and timely service delivery across People & Culture technology solutions.

    Required Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in an HRIS, HR operations, data, or reporting‑focused role

    • Strong understanding of HR data structures (e.g., employee, job, organizational, and position data)

    • Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and validating reports

    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data and system outputs to business partners

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting enterprise HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar)

    • Experience with mass data uploads or bulk data maintenance activities

    • Familiarity with ticketing or intake systems

    • Experience working in an HR shared services or HR operations environment

    Work Schedule & Location

    • Part‑time role, approximately 5–15 hours per week

    • Flexible hybrid schedule, including both remote work and in‑office work at the Carrollton office
