This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with Talent Acquisition leadership and drive meaningful improvements in recruiter productivity, hiring manager experience, automation, analytics, and recruiting operations.

What You'll Do
  • Assess and optimize Workday Recruiting processes and workflows.

  • Increase recruiter efficiency by reducing manual, administrative work.

  • Streamline requisition approvals, candidate movement, and recruiting operations.

  • Improve interview scheduling processes and overall hiring team experience.

  • Build impactful dashboards and reporting around key metrics such as time-to-fill, recruiter capacity, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve recruiting outcomes.

  • Partner with TA, HRIS, HR Operations, and business leaders to implement best practices.

  • Develop a roadmap for long-term Recruiting process excellence and Workday optimization.
