  • Management of SaaS Users and platform(s).Working through customer requirements for feature enhancement requests.
  • Testing, validating and implementing new features with the business.
  • Manage/coordinate the resolution of issues between the vendor and our customers.
  • SRE capability, developing tools, tests, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing of SaaS platforms.
  • Business Process Improvement and standardization.
  • 3+ years' experience with Azure AD and related Cloud technologies.

  • SAML/Federation experience.
