Job description

The Opportunity

We're looking for an attorney to join Adobe's Compliance team, working to ensure Adobe acts with integrity across its business. This role reports to Adobe's Director of Compliance Investigations.

You'll own matters end-to-end, from initial allegations through final recommendations, with the legal authority and privilege protections of counsel. You'll handle a global docket spanning financial misconduct, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and Code of Business Conduct violations, with a focus on building EMEA coverage and supporting the team's global surge capacity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead privileged, attorney-directed investigations into financial misconduct, bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and Code of Business Conduct violations
  • Own all investigation phases: assess allegations, build investigation plans, collect and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, prepare reports, make findings, and drive remediation
  • Evaluate financial transactions, third-party relationships, and business processes for regulatory exposure and corruption risk
  • Partner with Finance, Audit, Legal, and HR to keep investigations coordinated, privileged, and legally sound
  • Support voluntary disclosures, regulatory responses, and interactions with government agencies (SEC, DOJ, or international equivalents)
  • Deliver anti-corruption and compliance training across Adobe's global operations
  • Contribute to policy development, risk assessments, and controls enhancements
  • Support investigation metrics and reporting to senior leadership and the Audit Committee

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Strong judgment, curiosity, and a passion for investigations
  • JD required; law license in a relevant jurisdiction required
  • 8+ years investigating financial misconduct and anti-corruption matters, with meaningful exposure at a government agency (SEC, DOJ, FBI, or equivalent), a leading law firm, or an in-house compliance function - ideally a mix
  • Deep knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption frameworks
  • Experience analyzing financial records, third-party payments, and commercial transactions in investigations
  • Experience with government enforcement proceedings, regulatory inquiries, or voluntary disclosures strongly preferred
  • EU regulatory experience and additional languages are strong pluses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill findings into clear reports for leadership
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones
  • A global mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure
