Go further by prototyping directly with large language models and agent frameworks, iterating through build > test > refine cycles alongside engineering and research.

  • Collaborate Proactively - Reach out to work closely with designers, prototypers, engineers, product managers, and researchers to understand the capabilities of new technologies and emergent user needs.

  • Advocate for the User - Use customer feedback, research insights, and data analytics to discover unexpected insights and gain a deeper understanding of users' goals, workflows and creative process.

  • Lead Through Design - Inspire teammates and forge relationships across Adobe. Develop thought leadership through active collaboration and workshops with product partners.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 8-10 years of equivalent experience in product, systems, or interaction design with a record of success.

  • Experience with prototyping tools like Claude Code, Figma and Cursor and design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Firefly.

  • Comfort prototyping in code, with the ability to contribute to production implementations alongside engineering teams.

  • A history of close collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation through implementation.

  • Experience solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking.

  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions, cultivate the creative thinking process, build compelling presentation decks or videos, and present concept pitches.

Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.

  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
