Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of previous Training or Learning Specialist experience.
  • Experience with E-Learning tools, such as E-Learn / LMS platform, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia.
  • Bachelor’s degree or more, accepting MS and PhD candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Harmonize and standardize existing training materials.
  • Transform presentation content into engaging learning experiences.
  • Introduce quizzes, assessments, and learner feedback loops.
  • Help define a scalable training framework.
  • Review, audit, and consolidate training materials into a unified curriculum.
  • Apply standardized templates, branding, and formatting across training assets.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and instructional design.
  • Create reusable content components.
  • Develop and document a scalable training framework/playbook.
  • Design detailed instructions to support long-term training.
  • Structure, simplify, and synthesize complex content.
  • Define clear learning objectives and modular training programs.
  • Create training support respecting adult learning principles.
  • Provide constructive challenges and recommendations to improve content quality.
  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centric training experiences.
  • Build quizzes, knowledge checks, and formal assessments aligned to learning outcomes.
