Job description

Admissions Office Assistant
Will assist with data entry for prospective students, running errands on campus, assist with mailings and making copies, opening and sorting incoming mail, making phone calls, etc. May include light moving of supplies to and from the storage areas.
Assist with campus tours as needed.
Other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
Ability to keep confidential information private as well as excellent computer, phone and customer
service skills.
Ability to work well with others or by yourself.
