About the Role

Valley Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as the operational front desk of the patient journey at one of our growing network of infusion pharmacy locations. • Ensure patients have clear appointment and logistics details
  • Drive administrative support for the site team
  • Keep front-office workflows organized and audit ready
  • Escalate clinical or access questions to the right owner

Added at Level II

  • Own the full administrative scope for a site independently
  • Own complex scheduling and site-level administrative coordination
  • Serve as a resource for Administrative Assistant I teammates

Added at Level III

  • Own the full administrative operation and front-office standards for the site
  • Handle the most complex scheduling, records, and office workflows
