What you will accomplish with us
As an Administrative Assistant - ITVP, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Director in managing daily priorities, including calendar, emails, and business travel;
  • Coordinate meetings, committees, workshops, and team events, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics;
  • Coordinate resource movements and support managers with administrative steps related to employee onboarding, integration, and role changes;
  • Ensure administrative and financial follow-up for the sector, including consultant hours, accruals, and invoice payments;
  • Draft, review, and format various administrative documents with care and professionalism;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous optimization of ways of working.

  • Holds a vocational diploma (DEP) in secretarial studies or equivalent training, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding administrative support role;
