What you will accomplish with us
As an Administrative Assistant - ITVP, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Director in managing daily priorities, including calendar, emails, and business travel;
- Coordinate meetings, committees, workshops, and team events, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics;
- Coordinate resource movements and support managers with administrative steps related to employee onboarding, integration, and role changes;
- Ensure administrative and financial follow-up for the sector, including consultant hours, accruals, and invoice payments;
- Draft, review, and format various administrative documents with care and professionalism;
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous optimization of ways of working.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a vocational diploma (DEP) in secretarial studies or equivalent training, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding administrative support role;
- Is recognized for rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment;
- Stands out for a proactive, solutions-oriented approach focused on service quality;
- Demonstrates strong adaptability;
- Is recognized for strong proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365);
- Has excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Is comfortable using various artificial intelligence tools.
