As an administrative assistant, you will assist the director and all other departments in carrying out various tasks. Your responsibilities: To ensure internal accounting work for residents' administrative files by transmitting data into the Hopem software (rents, services); Managing expense funds, entertainment, administration, meal fund, coffee, etc. Make the deposits Completes and ensures the signing of leases reflecting the commitments of the parties; provides all relevant information at the time of lease signing; Responsible for accounting, including the implementation of control measures for receiving and invoicing; To manage the tax credit for residents who wish to claim it; Responsible for creating new tools and updating documents for each of the services (procedures, protocol, guides, etc.); Working closely with the director to update certification documents; Perform the administrative tasks required by management; to work closely with all department heads in order to produce effective working tools; Establish working hours with the director; Make purchases for the administration; To provide support to each of the departments and to respond to the various requests for information for all residents; Participate in the organization of the various events at the residence; Update the fire evacuation list; Archive the various employee and resident files; Conduct rental viewings; Why choose us?
