Job description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth coordination between our staff, clients, and healthcare partners.
You’ll help maintain compliance with internal policies and healthcare-related procedures, manage client appointments, and support documentation and communication needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and upkeep of Medication Management and Medication Administration Certification policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and document the Client Appointment Process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain and organize client files, records, and reports in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with office communications, scheduling, and data entry tasks.
  • Track and update compliance records and certifications as needed.
  • Support leadership and program teams with administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Medical Office Assistant preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Gmail/Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or client service environments is a plus.
