Summary: Detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience supporting manufacturing environments and maintaining accurate data records. Job Duties: Enter and maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information for multiple company locations. Review SDS documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry. Update and organize electronic records and databases. Assist with regulatory compliance documentation and recordkeeping. Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated SDS information. Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical documents. Generate reports and track completion of SDS data entry projects. Perform data audits to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Provide general administrative support, including email correspondence and document management. See Shift Schedule Below: Shift: 1st Monday-Friday Hours: 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $18-20/Hr.
