As a member of the CNA Burnout Squad at American Medical Administrators LTC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction in one of our long-term healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide daily care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care

• Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as directed by licensed staff
