Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily operations by managing schedules, monitoring documentation, maintaining files, and improving communication across the team.

Responsibilities

Manage employee scheduling

Review daily documentation and follow up on missing notes

Conduct daily staff check-ins

Maintain employee and client files

Monitor and respond to emails

Provide administrative support to leadership

Qualifications
