School house and Student Coach Secretary
Primary Purposeย 
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager to administer the school district's accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and invoices, and the timely processing, submission, and payment of invoices and expenses in accordance with school district policies and practices as well as applicable laws and regulations.ย 
Essential Functions




  • ย Attendance
  • Office Supplies Purchasing
  • Collect and Send Parent Notes to Admin Secretary by 9am
  • Visitor Coordination at the School House
  • greets and directs visitors
  • informs appropriate persons/directors
  • checks for name tags
  • Manage Master Calendar (Rotation Days, School Off, Exams, Snow Days, School Closed, etc.)
  • Use Quiet, Least Disruptive Ways to Collect Students for Early Release
  • Schoolhouse Key Box Manager (hide main key, maintain sign out sheet, monitor/inform directors)
  • Answer Phone
  • Hall Monitoring as possible
  • Student Street Crossing (watch students at the door)
  • Door Security
  • Related Service Sign In
  • Dismissal Announcements
  • Other Announcements per Directors' Instructions
  • Forms
  • keep copies for teachers & students in filing cabinet
  • ensure all forms are duplicated at office reception
  • Knowledge of Senior Privileges & Eligibility
  • Sign In & Sign Out
  • Oversee Student Phone Collection and Cabinet throughout the Day
  • 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (with 30 min. Lunch break)
  • Coordination & mailing of summer packets to entire Student body
  • Student Coach Secretary
  • Inputs all student coach information into the Student Information System.
  • Sends in school and out of school suspension letters to parents/guardian.
  • Tracks In school and out of school suspensions on Probation sheet.ย 

Additional Dutiesย 
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the school and student coach.ย
