Job description

We are seeking an Office Administration to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Minimum knowledge of bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Photoshop preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
