We are a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Warranty Administrator. This position reports to the Project Manager and will work in Pompano Beach, FL.
About the position
As a Warranty Administrator of the Pompano Beach team, you will collaborate closely with the Service Manager to provide essential support to the team. This role assists the Quality team by gathering and auditing warranty failure data. They are responsible for processing and issuing Material Return Authorizations, labor claims, and credits. Additionally, they organize and maintain all Service department records, ensuring smooth operations. Proficient in using the D365 system, the Warranty Administrator ensures data accuracy and completeness. They also play a key role in supporting dealer training programs.
Your main responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough strategic plan to drive business value with foundational considerations for organizational Proficient user of company's data entry system.
  • Provide aid and training to all staff with computer-generated functions for the Service department.
  • Assist in taking service calls.
  • Maintain all flow of paperwork in the Service department.
  • Monitor the returns of equipment. (Ex. Call customers, send letters etc.)
  • Aid quality control for all departments. (Production, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing) Assist in helping cut costs for warranty and non-warranty situations.
  • Process transactions for equipment return and labor claims.
  • Assist with organizing and managing Dealer training programs (scheduling, registration, content preparation and duplication, venues, and services for event)

A suitable background would be a solid experience within customer service and support - as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Keyboard skills; accurate data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Communication.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge is helpful.
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks.
