Overview
Branch Admin Manager Monday - Friday (On site)
Primary responsibility for ensuring the efficient performance of the branch by managing the financial operations and supporting a variety of reports and systems.
Position Duties:
• Support branch operations by creating, monitoring and reporting on a variety of financial activities such as Purchase and Sales Orders, Accounts Receivable and Payable, equipment inventory and asset disposal
• Lock collection batches in AS400
• Participate in the scheduling the sale and/or delivery of all equipment
• Manage and track assets including inventory and machines on location using Solomon and e-forms
• Compile/track and report employee hours to corporate payroll
• Participate in the Branch Business Team to manage the branch portfolio
• Prepare monthly reporting for close process and quarterly report for collections, billing and Solomon
• Disseminate information and collect and forward employee paperwork for corporate HR department
• Assist Sales department with requested information such as contract inquires and customer service history
• Assist the Commissions department in addressing customer inquiries and data quality
• Handle all customer inquiries received by phone, fax or e-mail
• Collect and distribute mail and UPS requests for the branch
• Set up and maintain branch files
• Petty cash tracking for the branch
• Order supplies for branch
• Assist Branch Manager with other assignments as needed

What we're looking for
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous Experience with Accounts Receivable, Sales Orders or related
  • Previous experience with AS400 a plus!
  • Ability to maintain organization in a fast paced work environment
