  • Assist the Program Administrator in overseeing daily program operations and implementation of program plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Support compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies.
  • Conducts audits of ISPs, utilization reviews, case notes, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timelines.
  • Assists with pre-survey reviews and corrective action efforts to maintain audit readiness.
  • Coordinates with Program Managers to support staff and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provides training and ongoing guidance to staff related to person-centered planning and service coordination.
  • Assists in monitoring services provided to ensure quality, effectiveness, and alignment with client needs.

Requirements
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work (BSW), Human Services, or equivalent human services degree; OR
  • Registered nurse (licensed)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in case management or human services.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Preferred:
  • Experience in Developmental Disabilities or Targeted Case Management.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program coordination.
  • Supervisory or leadership support experience.

An equivalent combination or relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
