You’ll be mentored by a seasoned, highperforming Administrator and gain the operational, clinical, and leadership skills needed to guide a facility to excellence.

 
Position Summary

The AIT will work directly under an experienced Administrator to learn all aspects of facility operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about quality care, strong team culture, and operational success. You’ll develop the knowledge and confidence to lead a skilled nursing facility in alignment with state and federal regulations.
