We are looking for a passionate clerical/administrative employee that is looking for an opportunity to grow with us. The successful candidate will support an executive administrator with preparing, transcribing, transferring, systematizing, and preserving both written and computerized communications and records; gathering and distributing the information.

Duties also include operating office machines, storing, and accounting for materials. The candidates shall support projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials; operatingcomputerized business systems for the purposes of recording labor hours of the workforce; data entry and mining of business systems for the administration of ship repair and gathering performance metrics.Candidate shall provide administrative support services to ensure efficient office operations and management.Place of work - Administrative/Clerical Support at Office of the Chief of NavalOperations (OPNAV) - Washington, D.C.
