Position Summary 

Agile Business Concepts is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide back-office and executive administrative support. This individual will work closely with the CEO and provide day-to-day administrative support across corporate and government contracting activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide direct administrative and back-office support to the CEO.  

  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, documents, and follow-up activities.  

  • Prepare and format emails, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.  

  • Maintain organized corporate, contract, and administrative files.  

  • Assist with government contract documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements.  

  • Coordinate with employees, government customers, subcontractors, and business partners.  

  • Support general office operations and other administrative tasks as needed.  

Required Qualifications 

  • 2–5 years of administrative, program support, or office management experience.  

  • Experience supporting Federal Government and/or DoD contracts strongly preferred.  

  • Familiarity with government contracting terminology and environments.  

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.  

  • Ability to work independently and directly with senior/executive leadership.  

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
