Role Summary
  • As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable administrative support that keeps daily office operations accurate, organized, and responsive to internal teams and customers.ย  ย  ย

- Checking in/out customers for appointments
- Coordinating calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Managing inbound/outbound correspondence (phone, email, mail)
- Maintaining orderly files, records, and documentation
