How we LEAD:

We are currently seeking an eager and exceptional Paralegal Administrative Assistant in our Santa Monica office. The person in this position will provide paralegal support to litigation attorneys in the Business and Legal Affairs Department.

How you'll CREATE:

  • Support policing of infringement of our content, including the investigation, evidence collection, confirmation of rights, and working with counsel to assert and pursue claims

  • Research claims asserted by and against UMG business units

  • Assist in responding to discovery requests, subpoenas, liens, and levies

  • Assist with a comprehensive quarterly report of legal matters affecting the company, including liaising with other attorneys, departments and agencies for updated information

  • Review and summarize contracts

  • Prepare and revise agreements, charts, memoranda, correspondence and other documents

  • Provide administrative support, including preparation and handling of correspondence, expense reports, and travel arrangements

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors
