A growing Greater Milwaukee-area manufacturer is seeking a Bilingual Administrative & Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, HR and accounting support within a busy manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys being a central resource for both management and employees and wants a role with meaningful responsibility in a growing organization.

The successful candidate will be particularly important in helping the company effectively communicate with its Spanish-speaking workforce.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to company leadership and operations.
  • Bilingual Communication: Serve as a professional communication resource between Spanish-speaking employees, management and the broader organization.
  • HR Support: Assist with hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, timekeeping and other HR-related activities.
  • Accounting Support: Assist with invoices, records, documentation and basic bookkeeping/accounting functions.
  • Employee Support: Help employees understand company information, policies, procedures and administrative requirements.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel, accounting and company records.
  • Office Coordination: Assist with scheduling, correspondence, reporting and general office organization.
  • Recruiting Support: Assist management with hiring and communication with hourly manufacturing employees.
  • General Operations: Take ownership of additional administrative responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish and English — required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous administrative, HR, accounting or office experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, approachable and dependable personality.
  • Comfortable working with both management and hourly manufacturing employees.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing/industrial experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
