Admin assistant for managing apartments.
Must have excel, word, powerpoint and canva experience
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong phone and customer service skills
Business casual attire required: Slacks or jeans permitted and company-provided polo shirt required.
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist residents, vendors, and visitors with questions and requests
- Maintain office organization and administrative records
- Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Create flyers, notices, and basic marketing materials using Canva
- Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination
- Support property management staff with daily administrative tasks
- Handle email correspondence and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Leasing experience is a plus!!
