Job Summary
Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated administrative professional to provide high-quality administrative support to staff and families. The administrative assistant manages appointments, provides caller support, and handles routine clerical and administrative tasks to support client wellness.
Responsibilities
  • Communicates clear, accurate, and detailed messages
  • Makes reminder calls to participants regarding upcoming visits
  • Prepares and types correspondence and reports as needed
  • Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files
  • Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • 3-5 years of administrative and clerical assistance preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
