Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing back-office support for a busy and growing company. The role is multi-faceted, as the individual will be part of the Client Service Team and will also provide support to the main receptionist. This role will be based in our Newton office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Answers overflow calls as backup support to the receptionist
  • Covers front desk and in office duties when receptionist is out of office
  • Deposits daily incoming checks to client's accounts
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service Team
  • Scans client documents to the scanning repository CLM
  • Covers for members of the Client Service Team as needed
  • Provides help with reporting as assigned by a Client Service Manager
  • Assists the Client Service Team with the daily account restrictions report
  • Runs custodian (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.) reports as needed
  • Performs data entry and account maintenance tasks in Salesforce
  • Prepares paperwork for client account opening and maintenance items
  • Helps with ad hoc projects as assigned by a Client Service Manager
  • Other duties as defined by the Client Services Manager
Education, Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient at Salesforce, DocuSign, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a plus

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. Final base compensation will be carefully determined based on several factors including relevant knowledge, skillset, and experience. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as discretionary bonus, health, dental, and vision plans, and employer 401(k) contributions.
