Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our Manufacturing leadership team. This role provides administrative support across multiple departments, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Costing, Safety, and Executive Leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Manufacturing and Manufacturing leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements (domestic and international), and department communications.
  • Assist with Manufacturing Business Alliance meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and catering.
  • Support the Purchasing and Costing teams by ordering small tools, consumables, signage, and maintaining purchasing documentation.
  • Manage petty cash, commission reports, receipts, and end-of-month reconciliations.
  • Coordinate facility vendors, including uniform services, pest control, water services, and other site contractors.
  • Provide administrative support for safety programs by scheduling meetings, tracking training, maintaining BlueVolt records, and assisting with injury reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate employee travel, including flights, hotels, visas, medical appointments, and transportation logistics.
  • Assist with department social media, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and special projects.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, vendors, and executive support.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and business systems; must be highly computer proficient.
