Job description

We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to support a Dialysis Unit.

Duties include:

• Answer phones - accurately taking messages and directing calls

• Patient chart filing • Calling transportation companies, ambulance companies and 911

• Printing or obtaining patient records

• Sending documents via fax or scan as directed

• Data entry • Project support.

• Handling site requests for data and support.

• Overseeing and audit facility purchasing and inventory.

• Daily monitoring of facility issues and follow up.

• Organizing and maintaining electronic files.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of two years of secretarial and/or administrative assistant experience

• Must be able to multi-task

• Attention to detail and accuracy
