We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our center.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front office operations, supporting school leadership, assisting families and staff, and ensuring the center operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced childcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Administration

Greet parents, children, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Manage daily front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment

Maintain student, family, and staff records with confidentiality and accuracy

Organize filing systems and administrative documentation

Order and maintain office and classroom supplies

Enrollment & Family Support

Assist families with enrollment, registration, and onboarding paperwork

Schedule tours for prospective families

Support check-in/check-out procedures

Communicate school updates, reminders, and notices to parents

Address parent questions and escalate concerns when necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

1–3 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred

Experience in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
