Skilled Nursing Facility Administrative Assistant

Are you looking for an Administrative Assistant opportunity with an established HealthCare facility, look no further! The Providence Park Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Mobile, AL is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant (AA) is a key position and is essential to the Administrator and the facility as a whole. The Administrative Assistant works directly with and assists the Administrator in successfully fulfilling the day-to-day administrative functions of the facility in accordance with Ball HealthCare's established policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards relating to long-term care operations, as directed by the Administrator, to ensure that proper administrative procedures and the confidentiality thereof are maintained at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a high school graduate with a minimum of 2 years formal training/experience as an administrative secretary or office manager in a supervisory capacity
  • Must have a good working knowledge of general office practices
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office computer programs and other office equipment
  • Must have a good working knowledge of accounts payable and customer services
  • Must display a professional, congenial, patient, tactful, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Must be a team player
