We are currently seeking an Activities Assistant for our Magnolia Haven Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Tuskegee, Alabama. The Activities Assistant will assist the Activity Director to plan, coordinate, implement and execute all activity programs for all residents in the facility. The successful candidate will help lead group activities, assist residents to and from activities, ensure that the spiritual development, emotions, recreational and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis. If you have a positive attitude, a passion to serve in a skilled nursing facility, this is the opportunity for you, join our team!
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or GED, completion of secondary education, minimum of one year work experience in related field
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
  • Certified CNA
