What You'll Do:
As the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will handle the day-to-day reception and administrative processes to provide excellent customer support for visitors and administrative excellence for various departments of the company.
Your Accountibilities in the Role:
  • Handles the incoming calls and walk-ins while representing the Sirco brand, for an exceptional visitor/call-in experience.
  • Handles administrative project work for the departments to meet overall team goals.
  • Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction on orders, and inquiries about follow up orders and upsell.
  • Updates ERP and Customer Profile information to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assists with faxing, copying, scanning and printing in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates the distribution of mail, managing online filing, and other administrative activities for the business in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepares pricing sheets, reports, and other data as needed, ensuring accurate and on-time completion.

Position Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of Receptionist or Administrative experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Certification(s): N/A
  • Functional Skills: High attention to detail; ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete work on-time and accurately; solid basic math skills, data entry, and problem-solving skills; highly process-oriented; ability to move from project to project well.
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Solid computer skills; working with Microsoft Office products.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with various levels within and outside of the organization.
  • Leadership/Behaviors: Supportive mindset; strong initiative to work independently, data-focused yet also good with people, strong with processes and compliance; collaborative and solid problem-solver who can figure things out or come with suggestions and enhancements; flexible and has a sense of urgency to get things done well and on-time.

Position Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise.
