Job Summary 

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and supporting staff and management.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, edit, and file documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Support managers and team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:
