Sales Administration Support Representative

We are seeking a Sales Administration Support Representative to join our team!

This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time.

About the Role:

As a Sales Administration Support Representative with Pavestone you are responsible for:

  • Delivering excellent customer experience to contractors and customers in person and over the phone
  • Supporting sales growth by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and helping close business
  • Building strong relationships with customers through responsive service and follow-up
  • Partnering with outside sales representatives to support account growth and customer satisfaction
  • Preparing accurate quotes, invoices, and sales order
  • Providing product, pricing, and availability information to customers
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications
  • Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries
  • Contributing to branch goals through a proactive, goal-oriented approach
  • Completing daily administrative tasks and paperwork accurately

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • 2+ years of sales, inside sales, customer service, or related experience
  • A sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A goal-oriented approach and motivation to grow within the company
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment)
