Job description

Provide administrative support to processes, projects and the credit administration team
Assist with lending committees including agenda creation and maintenance, package uploads for consideration, drafting of committee minutes, and processing of loan approvals (uploading/signatures/distribution)
Initiate process for loan maintenance
Assist with generation, distribution, and receipt of reports for committees
Monitoring of third-party reports
Workflow management reporting
Vendor communication/invoices/monitoring
Assist in scheduling and organizing materials for internal and external loan reviews, regulatory exams and audit activities
Appraisal Engagements / Tracking
Support credit administration initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements
Construction draw administration and management reporting
Generate construction loan reports for senior management
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Associates Degree; Bachelors Degree preferred
1-2 years of banking, loan administration, commercial lending support, operations or administrative experience
Working knowledge of commercial lending, credit and loan administration and banking operations
General understanding of commercial loan documentation and credit processes
Ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with management
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with imaging/document management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
