You will be a key resource to clients navigating the complex (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). Youโ€™ll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships.


Your responsibilities include:

ยท Managing end-to-end client engagements

ยท Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting

ยท Identifying and solving technical plan issues

ยท Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service

Weโ€™re seeking experienced professionals who bring both technical know-how about ESOPs and a heart for service. You take pride in getting the details right โ€” because your work impacts real people and their future.


Requirements:

ยท 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field

ยท Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word

ยท Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

ยท Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently

ยท Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods

ยทMust be able to provide and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a professional workspace, and reliable high-speed internet connection.


Preferred Skills:

Working toward QKA or QPA certification

Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)

We are currently hiring for both ESOP Administration Consultant I and ESOP Administration Consultant II levels. Because this job posting encompasses multiple levels of the role, the pay range reflects the broader scope of potential qualifications.


The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $115,000. This range represents the anticipated pay for this role across multiple U.S. labor markets and is intended as a general guideline.


Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, relevant experience, work location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and current business considerations.
