Position Overview:

Chef for Hire is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Administrative Associate to support our home-delivered meal services for aging and disabled clients. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, compassionate, and compliant experience for the individuals we serve. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and maintain client accounts in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Accurately take and process client meal orders
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate and reschedule meal deliveries as needed
  • Communicate effectively with service coordinators and care teams on behalf of clients
  • Support daily administrative operations and assist with miscellaneous office tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and highquality service
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
