Job description

Absolute Restoration is looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to help support our daily office operations. We are a fast-paced restoration company that handles water, fire, mold, and emergency property damage jobs throughout Central Indiana.


This role is a great fit for someone who is professional on the phone, detail-oriented, comfortable with computer work, and able to keep multiple tasks organized throughout the day.


Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will help with:

Answering incoming phone calls and helping customers with questions

Entering new job information into our system

Scheduling inspections, jobs, crews, and follow-ups

Communicating with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and team members

Uploading and organizing photos, job notes, documents, and paperwork

Helping prepare invoices, estimates, and customer files

Assisting with basic accounting tasks, QuickBooks entries, payment tracking, and collections follow-up

Keeping the office organized and helping management with daily administrative needs

Tracking job progress and making sure information is accurate and updated


Qualifications

Strong communication and phone skills

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and office software

Able to multitask in a busy environment

Professional attitude with customers and team members

Basic accounting or QuickBooks experience is a plus

Restoration, construction, insurance, or service business experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn our systems and processes
